The application Sonic SD has been removed from the App Store pending licensing discussions with the BBC.
Sonic SD has another great update. As requested by our users, this time adding the Laser Screwdriver as well as a Classic option! Check it out and remember to rate the app.
Apple approved the update today! Those of you who have iOS versions before 4.0 can update to the newest version of Sonic SD and have it work! Please don’t hesitate to write in with any other issues or feedback.
We had a bit of a rough release of the 4.0 update on the 19th. It turns out that users running an iOS version under 4.0 weren’t able to run the app at all. We’re very sorry that this missed our testing but we’ve been on it all day and have gotten a fix submitted to Apple already. It should be out very soon. Thank you all for your patience, we know the graphics update has been a long time coming. Hopefully with the new update you’ll get to enjoy it!
This new update adds two new sonic screwdrivers (the eleventh’s and the one from the Doctor’s future)! We also have new custom artwork from artist Dan Awesome. Update and please give us feedback through the app and through the app store.
Update: We’ve been receiving a lot of feedback from users about our new update. While we’re getting a lot of positive feedback about the new screwdrivers and the artwork we are hearing that you would prefer a more tangible look. So look forward to that! We’re currently working on an update to give the screwdrivers a more realistic look.
